What this product does

The EC electrode connects to the ProbeBOX 1.0 A/D switch box for EC (conductivity) and TDS measurement with PrimeLab 2.0 or a compatible Android smartphone. Its K = 0.1 cell constant provides greater sensitivity at the low conductivity levels typically found in purified and ultra-pure water.

Storage & Care

Rinse the electrode with distilled water after every calibration or measurement to help prevent cross-contamination between solutions.

Shelf life: No defined expiry date.

Questions about this product

What's the difference between this and the K=1.0 EC electrode?

Both show the same nominal 0–200 mS/cm range on the device, but this K=0.1 glass electrode is specifically built for purified/ultra-pure water, giving it better sensitivity at the low conductivity levels found in that kind of sample.

What does the electrode connect to?

It connects to the ProbeBOX 1.0 A/D switch box, which links it to a PrimeLab 2.0 device or a compatible Android smartphone for taking EC/TDS readings.

What sensor does it use?

A platinum sensor sized 7×18 mm, built into a glass electrode body.
