Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason.

We will reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer informs us of the decision to withdraw from the sales contract, in accordance with Article 107(1) of Law 3/2014.

If the Customer has selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, we will not reimburse the additional costs arising from that choice, in accordance with Article 107.3 of Law 3/2014.

Custom-Made and Personalized Products

The general right of withdrawal described above does not apply where an exception established by applicable consumer legislation applies.

In particular, in accordance with Article 103(c) of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer's specifications or which are clearly personalized.

This includes qualifying custom 3D-printed products manufactured specifically according to a Customer's uploaded 3D model, individual dimensions, selected specifications, approved custom model or other individual requirements.

Where applicable, a custom-manufacturing order may be cancelled before production begins by contacting info@buzok.eu as soon as possible. Once manufacturing of a qualifying made-to-order or personalized product has begun, the general right of withdrawal does not apply where the statutory customized-goods exception applies.

This exception applies to withdrawal because the Customer has changed their mind. It does not affect the Customer's statutory rights where a custom-made product is defective or does not conform to the model or specifications agreed with Buzok.

If an error is attributable to Buzok—for example, where the finished product materially differs from the agreed model, material, colour or other confirmed specifications—we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer legislation, which may include reprinting, repair/replacement or, where applicable, a refund, without additional cost to the Customer.

Errors contained in a Customer's own file, dimensions, design or other specifications do not, by themselves, constitute a manufacturing defect where Buzok has correctly manufactured the product according to the specifications provided and confirmed by the Customer.

2. Order Cancellations

The Customer may cancel an order at any time and at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been handed over to the carrier for shipment.

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the Customer must wait to receive the order before exercising the right of withdrawal.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To start a return, please contact us at info@buzok.eu and notify us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase.

Please provide:

• The name of the product purchased and the order number. The order number can be found in the email confirming receipt of your purchase.
• Your full name and postal address. The address must be the same as the one provided when placing the order.

Return the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition to the following address:

The direct costs of returning the product shall be borne by the Customer, unless the product arrived broken, damaged or in poor condition, or there has been an error on our part.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.

4. Legal Guarantee for Consumers

All products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery, in accordance with Article 120.1 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

Under this Law, the consumer has the right to make a claim regarding any lack of conformity existing at the time the goods were delivered, within the periods established by law.

If the lack of conformity becomes apparent during the first two years, the law presumes that the lack of conformity already existed when the product was delivered, unless proven otherwise or unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity, in accordance with Article 121.1 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

If the lack of conformity becomes apparent after those first two years, it will be for the Customer to demonstrate that the defect originated prior to or at the time of delivery in order for it to be covered by the legal guarantee.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the Customer has the right, free of charge and as applicable, to the following remedies:

• Repair of the product: If the product has a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired at no cost to the Customer.
• Replacement of the product: If repair is not possible or is not satisfactory, the Customer may request a replacement product.
• Price reduction: If the Customer prefers to keep the defective product, the Customer may request a price reduction proportionate to the defect.
• Return of the product: If the Customer chooses to return the product, the price paid will be refunded in full.

If the product has a defect, please contact us at info@buzok.eu. Proof of purchase is required for warranty assistance. We may ask you to send us the defective product or a photograph of the defect so that we can assess it.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives broken, damaged or in poor condition, or if there has been an error on our part, please contact us at info@buzok.eu.

In these cases, the direct return costs will not be borne by the Customer.
