Where tracking is available, the Customer may track the order using the tracking number sent to the email address provided when placing the order.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Orders Over €100

For purchases exceeding €100, shipping is free where this option is indicated as applicable to the order and destination.

Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, other European destinations or the rest of the world may vary depending on the destination and selected carrier.

Before payment is completed, the applicable shipping costs will be displayed or otherwise communicated to the Customer.

International shipments may be subject to import fees, taxes and customs duties that are not included in the total price of the order.

Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the Customer and must be paid by the Customer, regardless of whether the purchase exceeds €100.

We recommend consulting the relevant local customs authority regarding possible additional charges.

We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time while ensuring that confirmed orders are handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms previously accepted.

Any lack of conformity or defect will be handled in accordance with the rights and guarantees established by the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other applicable consumer legislation.

5. Custom 3D Printing and 3D Modelling Services

5.1 3D Printing from Customer-Provided Files

Buzok offers custom 3D printing based on digital models and specifications provided by the Customer.

Depending on the options available on the Website, Customers may upload supported 3D model files and select specifications such as material, colour, print quality, infill or other available manufacturing options.

The Customer is responsible for checking the model, dimensions, geometry, proportions, tolerances and other specifications contained in the submitted file before placing the order.

Buzok manufactures the product on the basis of the file and specifications submitted and confirmed by the Customer.

Where Buzok has manufactured the product correctly in accordance with the Customer's submitted file and confirmed specifications, Buzok shall not be responsible merely because the Customer subsequently discovers that:

  • the dimensions supplied were incorrect;
  • the model does not fit another object or component as the Customer intended;
  • the design contains an error;
  • the geometry or proportions are unsuitable for the Customer's intended use; or
  • the Customer selected an unsuitable material, colour, infill, print quality or other specification.

Such circumstances do not, by themselves, constitute a manufacturing defect or lack of conformity attributable to Buzok.

This does not affect the Customer's statutory rights where the product does not conform to the specifications actually agreed with Buzok.

5.2 File Review and Printability

Buzok may review submitted files for basic technical printability.

Any such review does not constitute engineering validation, certification or approval of the Customer's design or intended application.

Buzok may contact the Customer if an obvious technical issue is identified and may request changes or additional information before accepting or manufacturing an order.

Buzok is not obliged to identify every design error, dimensional error, functional limitation or weakness contained in a customer-provided model.

5.3 3D Modelling and Printing Service

Where the Customer does not have a ready-to-print 3D model, Buzok may offer a separate 3D modelling and printing service.

The Customer may provide drawings, dimensions, photographs, descriptions, requirements or other relevant information so that Buzok can assess the project.

Submitting such a request does not, by itself, constitute an order or create an obligation to pay.

The usual process is:

  1. The Customer submits the project requirements.
  2. Buzok reviews the request.
  3. Buzok provides an individual quotation.
  4. The Customer accepts the quotation and makes the required payment.
  5. Buzok creates or prepares the 3D model.
  6. The Customer reviews and approves the model.
  7. Following approval, Buzok proceeds with manufacturing/3D printing.

The Customer is responsible for carefully checking the dimensions, geometry and other relevant characteristics of the model before approving it.

Once the Customer approves the final model, that approved model, together with the agreed material, colour and other specifications, will constitute the principal manufacturing specification for the custom product.

If Buzok manufactures the product correctly according to the Customer-approved model and specifications, an error or omission that was present in the approved model and reasonably visible or derived from information supplied or approved by the Customer will not, by itself, constitute a manufacturing defect attributable to Buzok.

Nothing in this clause limits the Customer's statutory rights where Buzok has failed to provide the agreed service with the conformity required by applicable law.

5.4 Materials and Colours

Where available, Customers may select the material and colour for their custom print.

Customers may also ask Buzok for advice concerning available materials.

Any recommendation provided by Buzok is general guidance based on the information supplied by the Customer and does not constitute engineering certification or a guarantee that a particular material is suitable for a safety-critical or regulated application.

5.5 Normal Characteristics of 3D-Printed Products

The Customer acknowledges that additive manufacturing has characteristics that differ from conventional manufacturing methods such as injection moulding.

Depending on the material, geometry, printing process and selected print settings, a 3D-printed product may naturally display characteristics such as:

  • visible layer lines;
  • minor surface variations;
  • support-contact marks;
  • seams or other normal printing marks;
  • minor differences in surface texture; and
  • reasonable dimensional tolerances inherent to the selected 3D-printing process.

Such characteristics do not, by themselves, constitute a defect or lack of conformity provided that the product materially conforms to the agreed model and specifications and meets the conformity requirements imposed by applicable law.

5.6 Production Errors Attributable to Buzok

If Buzok makes a manufacturing error and the finished product does not materially conform to the agreed model or specifications—for example, because the wrong material, colour or agreed specification was used, or because of a manufacturing defect attributable to Buzok—the Customer should contact us at info@buzok.eu.

Where a lack of conformity attributable to Buzok exists, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer legislation, which may include reprinting, repair/replacement, or, where applicable, a refund, without additional cost to the Customer.

5.7 Intended Use and Safety-Critical Applications

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Buzok provides 3D modelling and additive manufacturing services, not professional engineering certification, structural certification, medical certification or regulatory approval of the Customer's design.

The fact that Buzok has reviewed, modelled, recommended a material for, or manufactured an object does not constitute certification that the object is suitable for a particular safety-critical, structural or regulated application.

In particular, unless expressly agreed and appropriately documented, Buzok does not guarantee or certify custom products for applications including:

  • structural or load-bearing safety-critical uses;
  • medical or healthcare applications;
  • food-contact applications;
  • electrical safety-critical applications;
  • automotive safety-critical applications; or
  • other uses requiring specific testing, certification, regulatory approval or professional engineering validation.

The Customer is responsible for informing Buzok before ordering if the product is intended for a regulated or safety-critical use.

Buzok reserves the right to refuse such projects.

5.8 Customer Intellectual Property and Rights to Submitted Files

The Customer remains responsible for files, models, drawings, images, trademarks, logos, designs and other content submitted to Buzok.

By submitting content for 3D modelling or manufacturing, the Customer confirms that they:

  • own the relevant intellectual property rights; or
  • have obtained all licences, permissions and authorisations necessary to use, reproduce and manufacture the submitted content for the requested purpose.

The Customer must not submit content that unlawfully infringes the copyright, trademark, design, patent or other intellectual property rights of a third party.

Submission of a file to Buzok does not transfer ownership of the Customer's intellectual property to Buzok.

The Customer grants Buzok the limited permission necessary to access, review, modify where agreed, process and reproduce the submitted content solely to provide the requested quotation, modelling, manufacturing, customer-support and related services.

5.9 Right to Refuse Files and Projects

Buzok reserves the right to refuse or cancel a custom 3D printing or modelling request where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

  • the submitted content is unlawful;
  • manufacture would infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
  • the requested object is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
  • the project involves weapons, weapon components or another object that Buzok does not accept for manufacture;
  • the model cannot reasonably be manufactured using our available processes;
  • the proposed use presents unacceptable safety or regulatory concerns; or
  • Buzok otherwise cannot lawfully or reasonably provide the requested service.

Where Buzok refuses a project before manufacturing begins, any payment that must be returned will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the status of any services already lawfully performed.

5.10 Storage of Customer Files

Customer-provided files and project materials may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • assess and process the request;
  • create a quotation;
  • perform the modelling or manufacturing service;
  • provide customer support;
  • deal with warranty, conformity or other claims; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

Files are not guaranteed to be stored permanently.

Customers should therefore retain their own copies of all original and approved files. Buzok does not undertake to maintain customer files indefinitely or guarantee that a previous file will remain available for future reorders.

Personal data associated with uploaded files and orders will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Custom-Made Products

6.1 General Right of Withdrawal

Except where a statutory exception applies, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days, without having to provide any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Further information concerning the general right of withdrawal and return procedure is provided in our Return and Refund Policy.

6.2 Custom-Made and Personalized Goods

Under Article 103(c) of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or which are clearly personalized.

Accordingly, where a 3D-printed product is manufactured specifically according to a Customer's uploaded model, dimensions, selected individual specifications, approved custom model or other individual requirements, and therefore qualifies as a product made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized under applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to that product.

This exception concerns withdrawal because the Customer has simply changed their mind. It does not remove or limit the Customer's statutory rights where the custom product is defective or does not conform to the specifications agreed with Buzok.

6.3 Cancellation Before Production

Where Buzok permits cancellation of a custom-manufacturing order before production has begun, the Customer may request cancellation by contacting info@buzok.eu as soon as possible.

Once manufacturing of a qualifying made-to-order or personalized product has begun, the Customer cannot rely on the general 14-day withdrawal right where the statutory customized-goods exception applies.

6.4 3D Modelling Services

3D modelling may constitute a service separate from the subsequent manufacture of the physical product.

Where the Customer asks Buzok to begin providing a paid modelling service during an applicable withdrawal period, any required express request or consent concerning commencement of the service and the consequences for the right of withdrawal will be obtained in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Where the Customer validly withdraws after expressly requesting that performance of a service begin during the withdrawal period, the Customer may be required, where permitted by applicable law, to pay the amount proportionate to the service already provided.

Where a paid service has been fully performed under the conditions established by applicable consumer legislation, the right of withdrawal may cease to apply.

7. Legal Guarantee for Consumers

All products are covered by the applicable 3-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery, in accordance with Article 120.1 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

Under this Law, consumers have the right to claim for a lack of conformity existing at the time the goods were delivered within the legally established periods.

If the lack of conformity becomes apparent during the first two years, the applicable legal presumption regarding the existence of the lack of conformity at the time of delivery will apply in accordance with Article 121.1 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, subject to the exceptions established by law.

If a product has a lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to the remedies provided by applicable legislation, which may include, as appropriate:

  • repair;
  • replacement;
  • price reduction; or
  • termination of the contract/refund.

Proof of purchase may be required for warranty assistance. We may ask the Customer to provide photographs, information or the product itself where reasonably necessary to assess the claimed lack of conformity.

For custom 3D-printed products, conformity will be assessed taking into account the model and specifications agreed with the Customer, without prejudice to the objective conformity requirements imposed by applicable consumer law.

Further information is available in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Transparency Regarding Visibility and Positioning

The visibility and positioning of products on our Website may be determined by factors including product relevance, availability, popularity and other commercial or technical criteria applicable to the operation of the Website.

9. Data Protection (LOPD and GDPR)

Personal data provided through the Website will be processed for purposes including managing purchases, providing invoices, providing information concerning orders and shipments, providing customer support, processing custom 3D printing or modelling requests and complying with applicable legal obligations.

Users have the rights provided under applicable data protection legislation, including, where applicable, rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability.

You may exercise your rights by contacting us at info@buzok.eu.

This is without prejudice to your right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos – AEPD) where applicable.

g) Submit only files and content that the Customer is legally entitled to use and reproduce.

Any violation of these obligations may result in refusal or termination of the relevant transaction or service, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection legislation.

For custom 3D printing, Buzok shall not be responsible for the consequences of errors contained in customer-provided or customer-approved files and specifications where the product has been correctly manufactured according to the agreed specifications, subject always to the Customer's mandatory statutory rights.

Buzok shall also not be deemed to have provided engineering, structural, medical, food-safety, electrical, automotive or other professional certification merely because it has reviewed, modelled, printed or provided general material advice concerning a Customer's design.

For international shipments, Buzok shall not be responsible for products retained or confiscated by competent authorities due to lawful import restrictions where the circumstances are outside Buzok's responsibility and the Customer was responsible for ensuring the legality of importation under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including texts, images, graphics, logos and other content, is owned by Buzok or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property legislation.

Its reproduction, distribution or public communication without prior authorisation is prohibited except where permitted by applicable law.

Customer-provided 3D models, drawings and other project materials remain subject to the ownership and intellectual-property provisions set out in Section 5.8.

If you publish content on our Website, such as comments or product reviews, you represent that you are the author and/or lawful holder of any intellectual property rights that may apply to that content.

By publishing such content on our Website, you grant Buzok a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to reproduce, distribute and publicly communicate that content through media and formats necessary for operating and promoting the Website and Services, subject to applicable law.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is declared invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or replaced as necessary in accordance with applicable law without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

13.2 Duration

These Terms of Service are effective from the moment you access the Website and remain applicable for as long as you use the Website and, where applicable, until all rights and obligations arising from purchases or services have been fulfilled.
