Questions about this product

When do I need Glycine tablets?

Add one Glycine tablet when you measure bromine, ozone or chlorine dioxide in water that also contains chlorine. Glycine removes the chlorine reading, so the photometer shows only the target value. Used with DPD N°1 (tablet method) or DPD 1A + 1B (liquid method) on PoolLab 1.0 and 2.0.

Where can I find instructions for my photometer?

Manuals and video tutorials for each photometer are on our Photometer Manuals & User Guides page.

Can I use a reagent from another manufacturer?

Use the reagent specified for your photometer and test method. Other reagents may use different formulations or procedures, and substitution may lead to inaccurate results.
