PrimeLab 2.0 Drinking Water Kit

The PrimeLab 2.0 Drinking Water Kit measures 20 parameters, including turbidity, with a single instrument. PrimeLab 2.0 works with 18 wavelengths and connects via Wi-Fi, USB, Bluetooth and GSM (with a USB modem), so results can go straight to a smartphone, computer or the LabCOM cloud.

Reagents for tap and well water

Reagents for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, iron, copper, calcium hardness and total hardness – parameters commonly checked in tap and well water. They work with PrimeLab 2.0 and PoolLab 2.0; the hardness reagents also with PoolLab 1.0. Each product page lists the measuring range and anything else you need for the test.

For pH and conductivity, add a ProbeBOX electrode kit to PrimeLab 2.0.

Compliance testing

For official compliance testing, follow the requirements of your local authority – they may call for analysis by an accredited laboratory.

Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our warehouses in Spain and Germany. After dispatch, delivery across Europe usually takes 3–7 business days. You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free for orders of €100 or more within Spain and €150 or more to the rest of Europe. Below that, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay (for example €9.90 to Germany, France and other European countries).

Which countries do you ship to?

All EU countries, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the Western Balkans, Moldova and Ukraine. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, import VAT or customs fees of the destination country may apply and are paid on delivery.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email info@buzok.eu with your order number, then return the product unused in its original packaging. We refund the payment, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Custom 3D-printed items made to your specifications cannot be returned once production has started.

What warranty do the products have?

Every product has a 3-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery under Spanish consumer law. If a product is defective, email info@buzok.eu with your proof of purchase; we repair or replace it, or refund the price.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, free of charge, as long as the parcel has not been handed to the carrier. Email info@buzok.eu as soon as possible with your order number.
