Photometers

PoolLab 1.0 and PoolLab 2.0 are compact handheld photometers for private pools and spas. The PrimeLab 2.0 pool kits are made for professionals: Pool Kit 1 covers 5 parameters, Pool Kit 2 covers 35, and the Pro versions add a ProbeBOX 1.0 with pH electrode.

Reagents

Tablets, powder pillows and liquid reagents for free and total chlorine (DPD No. 1 and No. 3), pH (Phenol Red), total alkalinity, cyanuric acid (stabiliser), calcium and total hardness, hydrogen peroxide, PHMB, copper, iron, phosphate and more. Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our warehouses in Spain and Germany. After dispatch, delivery across Europe usually takes 3–7 business days. You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free for orders of €100 or more within Spain and €150 or more to the rest of Europe. Below that, the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay (for example €9.90 to Germany, France and other European countries).

Which countries do you ship to?

All EU countries, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the Western Balkans, Moldova and Ukraine. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, import VAT or customs fees of the destination country may apply and are paid on delivery.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email info@buzok.eu with your order number, then return the product unused in its original packaging. We refund the payment, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Custom 3D-printed items made to your specifications cannot be returned once production has started.

What warranty do the products have?

Every product has a 3-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery under Spanish consumer law. If a product is defective, email info@buzok.eu with your proof of purchase; we repair or replace it, or refund the price.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, free of charge, as long as the parcel has not been handed to the carrier. Email info@buzok.eu as soon as possible with your order number.
