Questions about this product

When do I need Dechlor tablets?

Dechlor neutralises chlorine before tests that chlorine would distort: zinc on PoolLab 2.0 and urea on PoolLab 1.0 and 2.0. The urea test also needs Ammonia N°1 + N°2 and PL Urea N°1 + N°2 liquid reagents; the PL Urea liquids are not sold in this store.

Where can I find instructions for my photometer?

Manuals and video tutorials for each photometer are on our Photometer Manuals & User Guides page.

Can I use a reagent from another manufacturer?

Use the reagent specified for your photometer and test method. Other reagents may use different formulations or procedures, and substitution may lead to inaccurate results.
