Which electrode do I need?
- pH, plastic body (WID 312-1) – robust and non-refillable, with temperature sensor; a good choice for field use.
- pH, glass body – non-refillable (WID 822-1) or refillable (WID 324-1); the refillable version can be topped up with electrolyte for a longer service life.
- ORP, plastic body (WID 422-1) – redox potential measurement.
- Conductivity (EC/TDS) – K = 0.1 glass (WID 361-01-1) for purified and low-conductivity water; K = 1.0 plastic (WID 341-1-1) or glass (WID 351-1-1) for general use; K = 10 plastic (WID 341-10-1) for high conductivity such as seawater.
The order code in each product title (PL2Sp-…) matches the Water-i.d. part number, so you can match it against your existing probe.
Storage and calibration
Keep pH electrodes wet in KCl storage solution and calibrate them regularly with buffer solutions. Need the switch box as well? Complete sets are in ProbeBOX for PrimeLab 2.0.
